Just 2 miles south of The Pro Football Hall of Fame
Electric Football ™ was a tabletop game that originated in the 1940’s and has developed into a full fledge hobby now known under the broader title as *Miniature Football. The Miniature Football hobbyist strives to recreate in miniature form everything that can be seen in real pro and college football. Everything from scale size stadiums and their favorite player to referees and marching bands down to the smallest of details; facemasks, chinstraps and cleats. Rules have been created that allow for players on the field to perform nearly exactly as they are intended to do per the play called by the coach (you). Passing, kicking, good play calling and developing bases and men that perform with speed and strength are all elements of creating a fun and skilled team that can not only recreate a real game feeling but can win on a tournament level.
The MFCA represents and supports the Miniature Football coaches and leagues from across the US and Canada and even Europe who love and enjoy the game and hobby of miniature football. There are over 50 leagues nationwide and numerous national and regional tournaments.
If you love football, strategy, model building or just enjoy the excitement of “game time” then miniature football is for you!
*Miniature Football Definition: Miniature football players on bases which are propelled over a miniature football field through the vibration created by an attached electric motor.
